Vocabulary

Use your own words and translations for a short quiz.

How the vocabulary check works

  1. 01

    Save word pairs

Add a word and its translation to your vocabulary library.

  2. 02

    Choose the count

Set how many questions this alarm should ask.

  3. 03

    Recall the other word

Questions can show either side. Type the matching word.

A library you choose

Use familiar pairs and a small count. Each question can run from word to translation or the other way around.

Incorrect answers return to the queue. After repeated misses, answer choices can help you continue.

Part of your wake-up

Active participation keeps the alarm quiet; inactivity can bring it back. Complete all selected checks to disarm that session.

Use vocabulary alone or with another check. Correct answers record task completion, not a proven learning or alertness benefit.

Vocabulary questions

How do I add words?
Open the vocabulary library in Settings or the check builder and add word/translation pairs.
Will both directions appear every time?
Not necessarily. Each question chooses a direction; a short quiz may not include both.
Does finishing vocabulary end the alarm?
Only once all selected checks are complete. If you added others, continue to them.
